i'm sure the old art teacher wanted something christmasy.
but i haven't quite entered the christmasy frame of mind, yet.
yeah, i don't like this.

severely awesome. this is what the teacher gets when they assign for "something wrapped". sometimes my teacher thinks i'm twisted in the head when i go beyond their basic mindframe a student has.

i love the watercolors and the wayy they mixed.
i love the hair as always. i mean how can you resist it. it's just so fluffy lol
and i love the um.. umm ribbon? yeahh i'm gonna go with ribbon.. although .. i don't think he knows how to wrapt and i don't think he's doing it right lol
oo oo oo and i love the shading. can't forget that .
but yeah.. i think he's a wonderful present. although it kinda reminds me of a stripping for some reason. probably cause he's naked 
oo and one thing to sayy. his left thumb looks a bit odd. like it's not supposed to be their? idkk all in all its still veryy awesome!

i was trying to do ribbon, but it looks more like twisted duct tape. which i kind of like. mistakes for the better, i suppose.

My lewdness aside, you are a goddess of negative space and cross hatching. I love the way his torso tapers off and yet the ribbon continues sprawling downwards. The splatter background is lovely, and I am always so impressed with your ability to draw such delicious spiky hair.

poor riley. i love how fluffy his hair looks. i like the way the red splatter come out; great masking technique.
his left hand is a bit questionable. more precisely, it's the area spanning from the knuckles to the elbow. looks flat to me. prehaps it's the way the ribbon (?) is hanging.
it's a good, strong piece overall. <3

could be the ribbon, but moreover the fact that the arm in question was hell to draw. oh well, this didn't succeed in my mind anyway, as one might tell from the apathetic artist's comments.
i am enamoured with watercolour and controlling drips, spatters, overlapping, blotting.... i get so absorbed.
