Well her head and neck are just bigger than her body, but it's not an uncommon mistake. I do it sometimes when I'm working with pens. XD

Sometimes I make the head too small, too. O.o Some people I know always start with the body. I don't know how, if I do that, the head is ALWAYS not proportioned right.
