This is Swiftflight's chibiness. X3I'll upload a better ref soon, but this is so if you want to draw Swift and Averon or just Swift, this may help. Otherwise, she's just like a normal Reshiram with a scarf on her neck.

Well no. Reshiram is a new legendary from Black and White versions. They will come out in the U.S. in spring of next year.
