I just had an idea!
For future lick icons leave out just a little bit of the borders/edges/background- but leave the furry itself the same- and then make that part you left out transparent (or whatever you call it in PS) and have it so the furry is coming out of the box slightly...?
Did that make sense? Didn't think so...
