Hah, ~NewShine , betcha didn't think art would appear this fast! Didja? DIDJA?!Erm, anyways...
This is Zyanya, a dragon character I adopted from *Arctic-Victoria some time ago. I tried to draw her repeatedly, with no success, and as you can imagine, quickly got frustrated...but I really adored this character. Today, I found a wicked awesome dragon tutorial (linked below) and had to have another go at it. Only a portrait, but hey, I don't draw dragons much, so...there. xD
Cream is such a hard color to shade. Y U GIVE ME SUCH TROUBLE, ZYANYA? Maybe she misses her mom.
In any case...left the lines 'cause I thought they added some character. And. That weird shape. Was fun. That is all.
NO WAIT. She does look vaguely horse-ish, but she was designed that way. I think I may have a go at another, more dragon-ish dragon...but Zyan is quirky that way. Anyhow. I think I'm really done now...almost 1 am and I'm on a hyper streak. Whee!

I must say, I do like Zyanya's design. It's nice and quirky but not overly quirky so it's all good that way. We are to see more of her, yes?

I really do, too. She was always one of my favorite characters from Victoria, so now I just have to draw her s'more. And her wings and stuff D: Though partly I love her because she has a mane and that's just so cute.
