Yes, it would be an up-to-4-player beat-em up with drop-in-and-out multiplayer. So you and your friend would be able to play as Exile and Blitz with the computer playing the other 3 Rovers that you're not using. In your case Hunter, Colleen, and Shag.

Is there 2 player...? We're talking up to 4 player co-op or competitive and the online multiplayer allows for you to play across systems... Xbox360, PS3, Wii, and PC players can play together, regardless of the graphics settings the PC users have the game set to...

Why are they fighting? If one wants to play as Hunter and the other wants to play as Colleen...? Is it awkward for them...? Like when me and my sister used to play X-men and I'd pick Gambit, she'd pick Rogue...

Colleen would be my 2nd choice, I think followed be Hunter. Muzzle would be a blast to play as, don't you think!?

You'd play as one Rover at a time and the d-pads on the console versions, joystick on the PSP version, touchpad "buttons" on the DS version, and numberpad keystrokes on the PC version would switch you to another character during squad-based parts of the game. During solo parts you'd have to complete that Rover's objectives in order to switch to another Rover.

That's a pretty cool idea, I think I've played a game with a similar system. Of course anything involving the Road Rovers is awesome. I miss this show. Maybe some cool mini-games in there too, like a rhythm game with the controversial Russian Names song!

Speaking of a Road Rovers video game, I once had an idea for one back when the TV show was still airing. The idea was basically in the style of a 2D side-scrolling beat'em up sort of game kind of like Double Dragon, Streets of Rage, and the 1989 TMNT arcade game. In fact, I always wanted to see a Road Rovers arcade game in that sort of style. I bet that would be lot's of fun. And I think either Capcom or Konomi could make the game.

Personally, I wouldn't mind playing as Blitz. But then again, I think it'd be essential to try everybody just to see which is the character the player's more comfortable with. In my case, I think I'd play as just about anybody depending on who I find to be the easiest to use.
