Not bad, but not good. the shading was really good and it stood out for me, but there were some proportion problems that would turn this ok drawing into an amazing one. Firstly the mouth in anime characters is right by the nose. The upper lip is literally almost toughing the noze. The chin then follows, it can be as long as you want. Both arms should be the same size. So redraw it, but just make everything the same size and remember what I said about the face and you will be much happier with the results.
