Twilight was within every right to snap at her family, they were being selfish and insensitive. And then they had the nerve to try to make up for Twilight missing the Northern Stars by putting on that lame-ass re-enactment? God, her family sucks. She deserves better than that!

Her family did bring up the fact that Twilight may have been overworking her princess duties and she should feel free to relax along with them. Twilight could have asserted her boundaries as she was getting pretty tired throughout the day. Also it wasn't the fault of her family she missed the Northern Stars and they did try to make her happy by reenacting the show as best as they could. It goes to show that they did care about her after all.
