No, sorry. I don't do icon requests anymore.
But you could try and use the base to make one for yourself? I got into pixel art starting with using the running base: this was my first pixel work, as you can see it's not that hard! c;
And I even made a tutorial for making one:
It's old and maybe sometimes has a lengthy explanation but maybe it'll help!
