Um, what do mean? The single images should be editable with paint software. c:
I never used paint software for making an icon so I don't know if transparent version is possible, sorry ^^" and you would need a program for animating the images. (I think there's also a website called 'iaza' or something like that where you can animte it!)

I think there's also a website where you can animate things (the name was something like iaza I think). I just read some comments where they talked about it. Apparently, you just need to upload the single images and then you can animate it. I'm not sure if this will really work because I have never done it like this, sorry ^^"

It's very good to see that this base is helpful.
I started to make pixel avatars by using the original running base by =Yo-Angie and now I can create my own animated icons (which aren't very good but I am still learning how to use pixel art)
