This shot reminds me of pretending. Haha! I initially thought rubies. Like when you play dress up as a kid and you were a pirate on a treasure hunt.
They might be the cheapest most useless things on the earth, but when we were younger, they were the prettiest little treasures you could ever find.
It's awesome to rediscover the joy in the simple things in life. Imagination's the best gift we can ever have. And you spark it in all of us as a memory and a reminder to never let go.

love this shot... I think of child hood, too, but it reminds me of dress up. Love the "sprinkling" of color.

It reminds me of childhood.

Somewhere along the line, when I was very small, I saw and handled something like this.

The blurriness of it adds to that "magical" childhood feeling. (I wonder if anyone else gets this "feeling" from this shot?)

It also feels like a shot of autumn leaves
