History:
Cynthia was a the only child from her family, his father works at the office when her mother as house wife. She's a avid gamer who always stays in her room to playing games instead going outside. Her mother asking her many times to get outside, but she refuse and only going outside for school.
When she's on junior high school, she sometimes playing games in the class, making her teacher mad but she prove it by giving an always good score in every test she attend, it makes her teacher confused. One day, she had an accident with her neck fluff when she's suddenly being dragged by the pole when she's playing games causing the shame of herself, so she decided to shave her neck fluff fully even her parents refuse her decision.
Serveral days later, she's being invited for gaming competition, at the first her parent refuse to signing up for her but she begs several times and finally her parent accepts it. During the competition, she did well and so her skill can't be matches with the others then finally obtain the title called, "Gamer Queen".
3 Months later after the competition, she finally gradutated and decided to move into St. Vaporihana where she could continue her education and maybe lives alone for playing games but her parents wanted her to make friends so ready or not, she must prepared for her new life.

What a cool little miss we have here! Her application is just about perfect, but I do have a few small edits that will need to be made.
- She is way too tall to be an average Eevee at 1’00”, if you want her to be taller than the tallest you can go is 1’07”.
- Her history is a little too short, we like to have two good paragraphs at least. Perhaps you could add in more about her childhood and elementary school life? Maybe about how her middle school days were?
- This isn’t much of an edit but more of a concern, considering she is an Eevee why doesn’t she have a mane?
Other than that, her application looks great! It’s nice to see more gamer nerds rather than even more anime nerds. Hope she doesn’t get picked on for still being an Eevee at her age as many two staged pokes usually evolve around their junior and senior years. However, I’m sure she will find some other teens that she can get along with, we do have quite a few gamers that would probably be willing to relax and game with her.

Well, you can do either or. If it makes sense for her character to shave her mane then go for it but overall it would probably make more sense to add it in.
