Actually i have tried to use photoshop make the picture look more like the bloom effect of XPS, but it didn't work very well for the picture , i'm very confused about how to do a good post-processing in picture

It's all about experimenting with the post processing settings. It took me some time just messing around to get use to it. Just keep practicing.
I'll send you some tips on how to do bloom effects in PS.
