Design contest entry for ForsakenSpirits , hope you like it! I had a blast designing her and enjoyed working on it. ;v;I thought a name like Octus (or Octi) would suit her as it's Latin for 'Sunrise, rising, rise, birth, origin, east' - the wings & rings also glow.
