this is my first attempt at making my own cubee. I am not that skilled, and I have MS Paint, so i did my best. All in all i like the way it turned out....template from:

yea, she's kinda sucks putting together because of the little parts with the shoulders and the gun, so you have to be REALL CAREFUL...lol

I think thats exactly why they are so blocky in the first place, to avoid somehting really tough., although if you make the Parts big enough you shouldnt have too much problem.
