Yes, as you can see I made a Plazmax base >w>
There's like 50+ layers that I made in Medibang. Idk if I got the right links or files or even if they work, but this is my first try at a base this complicated. I'll make a non species specific one sometime as well.
There's an image file there too with just everything laid out for you to drag onto the main base. You'll have to erase some parts either way, and recolour the lines to black.

I saw them and it's okay to have that feature, so long as you call it the flesh being stripped away and showing the plasma underneath, but not call it normal liquid if that's Okay? ;0
