Description
“I do not know what I may appear to the world, but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the seashore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.” - Sir Isaac NewtonSince I read this quote in Neil DeGrasse's Death by Black Hole I realised that I'm always searching for a deeper, more fundamental answer to my questions than most people are able to provide. This applies across both my scientific and socio-philosophical queries.
The truth can be terrifying or many times deeply unreachable, so I used my thalassophobia as a metaphor for it
