This one finnish song always makes me think of these two.
It's "Kuussa tuulee" (eng:"The wind blows on the moon") from Haloo Helsinki!, which is a band I hugely respect.

Here's the song .

Especially the chorus gets me for some reason:

"Tartu kädestä käteen,
laula sielusta sieluun.
Kasta varpaat kylmään veteen,
Hyppää täysillä joutsenlauluun.
Sillä sinä ja minä, niin elävinä.
Pystymme kuulemaan,
jos kuussa alkaa tuulemaan."

"Take a hand in hand,
Sing from a soul to a soul.
Dip your toes in cold water,
Jump fully into the swansong.
Because you and I,
so alive,
are able to hear,

I feel like such a nerd for thinking about fictional couples when a song like this plays but that's just who I am.
