It's a nice shot, but to me, that's all it is. A nice, bland shot of a creek in the middle of a wintery forest. Nothing sets it apart from all the other snapshots of seasonal scenes. The title is obscure and while the focus and overall quality of the shot does put it one step above the cell-phone snapshots, it doesn't get under my skin in any way. The reaction one wants is "Oh wow", not "Oh okay."

For me, this piece doesn't have that something that'll make me want to keep coming back to it, purring.
