Dear Cm96,
I think you should atleast give credit for your stolen work. Now do not get me wrong I am not some one to go around and call people rippers unless I am sure. After looking at your piece of work it is very for any artist to see you have taken most of the aspect from layout colour and overall look and design from [link] by andasolo.
Now before you try to say other wise let me just point out a few telling signs in your work that prove this.
1, The Arrows In Sponsers,
In andasolo's work you can clearly see the same exact arrow style has been used. Not only this the same sizing and layout has also been used.
2, Sponsers Colouring,
As in andasolo's you have create identical colour contrasts in the sponsor ship of steelseires with the actuall selected logo being orange with the text below white.
3, Login Angle side,
Again like in andasolo to add a slight aspect of depth you have made one side angeled. The only difference is you have attempted to hide this by going in the opposite direction.
4, Read More
Again the icon for reading more is the exact same style as andasolo's including the colour and fade.
5, News Area.
Again the same exact style and layout.
Overall I could ad a huge list of signs but I think these 5 speak for them self.
With this said I have contacted your client source-collective and advised them to claim there money back from you. Do not rip peoples work then add no real aspect of your own creation into the design. It is fine to use some ones idea if you make it your own and use there design as a basis. You on the other hand have pretty much copied with slight changes to avoid being found.

Hello peanut, just because a few elements are similar does not mean anything! My client actually wanted me to make something similar to Seyko-Gaming and i do not see my client having any problem with this. I am glad you took your time to write all of this but unfortunately it wont change anything since i have delivered the work to the client and he is happy with it.

Dear Cm96,
I think you should learn about basic copyright laws and understand that andasolo can and more likely will have the work removed if used online. Please remember no hoster can afford to fail to remove copyright material when shown proof. With this message and with the previous statments you have only continued to prove andasolo's case.
Also as I have stated.
Give credit if you are going to use some ones work. Do not try to simply pass it off as your own w mention of the person you copied from. Remember when copying his work takes away costumers from him meaning you are pretty much stealing money from out of his pocket.
Next is we all get asked to use a design as a basis. You have gone beyond using seyko as a basis and simply copied most aspects with no real self imprint in the design. Nothing it the design shows me you added your self to the design it simply looks like a poor attempt to hide a ripped template.
Well at the end of it I have contacted your client and andasolo and I am sure andasolo will be watching to take action if used. Again dont sell work that is not actually yours.

Just a little feedback on your design.. The scale is beyond what any sensible developer would implement into a CMS. For future designs you may want to consider going a little bit smaller: [link]
While I do love the design and have received many compliments on the cleanliness of it, we are now having to scale some areas back in order to adhere to the 960 grid system.
