Gipsy knows wait but doesn't really understand the idea of ball & fetch... i'm sure she'll get it too in the end

if she knows wait (we say stay) that's fantastic
it's the hardest command the puppies have been exposed to yet
fetch should be no problem at all for such a dandy as Gispy
we fetch cause they are getting lots of exercise with little stress on our old joints

We used to say stay but it just happened that i need to stop frequently to blow the nose... hence wait
She knows quite a few word commands (quick learner) but now she has much more confidence & has been on the loose with the other dogs... can she run! she is testing.
We were trying to sort out our hol's now we have her & thought we had it sorted but then she started to chew the table leg indeed, much less stress on the joints when they can behave off lead. Gipsy has already given me my old friend back... sciatica. Could barely walk yesterday so we now have her on the 'flexi' cord. She's certainly gained in strength now

i've been friends with sciatica for years as well
sometimes can't even tell if it's the arthritis in my hip or the nerve pain any more
having two puppies and a rather large back yard allows them to vent lots of their excess energy gosh, i remember being young when i see them run
it's a real joy

Hello fellow sufferer... i am not so sure that i haven't got that one too... had pain in the hip/knee for the last few years now! i'll get to the doc's eventually
It is great to see them run & this little lady is just built for speed she really annoys one dog (one that turned on her) because he can't keep up!

when you choose flight rather than fight
as your initial response -
lots of speed certainly helps
