LOL! It's actually an anime character named Jiraiya with a look of extreme excitement. My guess is that he just saw a girl in a skimpy bikini or something, since he's a huge perv who only makes faces like that when he sees something pervy, hence his nickname "Pervy Sage". I honestly have no idea when he makes that specific face though. I just found the picture when I was bored once and decided it would make an awesome avatar! XD I like your avatar by the way. It's cool!

To fix Tails's eye have a line going down from his last spike on the side, down to his muzzle then color it...
