In all honesty, no its not good. At least not from my point of view.
He's as stiff as a board and i happen to know that the male blood elfs love to stick their chests out as far as they can =\
Just put this one aside and start drawing some more. Dont be afraid to use reference photos(even screen caps from wow) just make sure the poses are a bit more dynamic. And i think theres a web site out there called posemaniacs which could help you get familiar with perspectives and anatomy.
