The Japanese word is Ichigo, but I actually made a character for Mangoii named Ichigo. The jelly people have their own cultural names, which are almost always two syllables because those are considered lucky.

Not that I’ve made, but the should hmmm I don’t see why it couldn’t just be a similar word to Suki. A lot of languages come up with the same word for different things.

Hmm, I came up with some other names on a google doc, I’ll check.

Okay I have checked, I have three names I wrote down. There’s Jiji, Tomi, and Hara. Jiji means brave, Tomi means sweet (very popular) and Hara doesn’t even have a meaning written down.

AHh those are nice,, I’m pretty sure Ravi is Hindi for sun,,,,
I love making up names. Lumi and Sola’s names i made up based off of their appearance (lumi-nescent and sola-r,,, even their last name works specifically with Sola, Sola-aris)

Ngl Subi is kinda adorable and I think it would really suit her,,, it kinda sounds like strawberry too. Since strawberry plants wouldn’t be native to the jelly planet, maybe that’s the loan word for it.

Yes! A common form of jewelry which I haven’t gotten around to drawing because the shading is gonna be complicated, is by having things suspended in the jelly. Traditionally these would be flowers or gems, but in modern times they produce plastics and metals. Like plastic pieces that look like little fruit slices, or thin metal snowflakes. I wanna draw Lumi with little limes, but I haven’t gotten to it.
