Poor Raven! She has been so diligent over the past week making sure to rest her ankle, prop it, ice it and keep it bandaged.. she has even stayed on her crutches (mostly) and kept to very low impact activities to give her ankle every chance to heal. After all that? It almost feels worse!!

The good news is that when she went in for her preliminary check on her ankle (the X-rays were inconclusive) it was determined that her thumb had healed well enough to have the cast removed, although with all the crutching Raven has been keeping it taped up as it's getting quite aggravated still. Only a few more days of vacation left, she will probably go back to have some more X-rays of her very sore ankle when she gets home. Til then, maybe she can fix some of her tan lines!!
