Simple step-by-step process on Ibis Paint Cuz I’m still not a good teacher tbh:
1.) draw the shape of the dress(and then line art it,remove the rough sketch).
2.) in one layer below the sketch’s outline,just add a flat color to it.
3.) on another layer,but this time on top of the flat color layer,go press the button that looks like a mini picture of a beach on the top right corner.
4.) The pattern I used here is from the “clothing pattern(color)”option.Click that and choose any pattern that you like.
5.) Lower the opacity to any degree you find satisfactory(or just keep it as it is).
6.) The option “clipping” is useful when you don’t have the motivation to erase stuff.
7.) Merge flat layer with pattern layer.
8.) If you want the colors to be poppin’ like a vibrant rainbow on steroids,try experimenting the many FX effects on Ibis Paint.
9.) Examine your work to see if it’s good or shit.
10.) Repeat process if you were to start another drawing.
