Description
Entry for Madman Fanzone Art Competition - THE ULTIMATE BATTLE BEGINS.We've all seen the epic battles between Goku and Vegeta, of Mew and Mewtwo, of Naruto and Sasuke. However, there's been one ultimate match-up we've all been waiting for between the two ultimate criminal mastermind geniuses in famed titles Death Note and Code Geass: Light Yagami and Lelouch vi Brittania respectively. Both have incredible abilities to end each other in the blink of an eye (quite literally for Lelouch), and so in this portrayal of the ultimate showdown, they've decided to settle the score with a game of chess. With each of them strategising their attack and defence from the position of the king piece, they'll be pushed to the limits of their wits in order to stay alive in this ancient game of skill. The question is, which of these masterminds will emerge victorious?

In terms of chess, Light would win (although I praise for Lelouch personally); but the question is... they both have special powers, Lulu will have the advantage at here at this point lol

Lelouch would have a few advantages. 1. His name is Lelouch Vi Britania, and not Lelouch Lamperouge, like all his files say. 2. He can look at light, and say, 'Kill Yourself.' and Light would have no way to counter. 3. ..... He has a giant robot.
Honestly, what would be better than a Death battle, would be having Lelouch take the place of L in Death Note as Lights Rival. The story would play out rather differently.

Yeah Lelouch would be majorly advantaged so I had to balance out the sides by turning it into a game of wits. Light can't figure out Lelouch's real name unless he can sneakily gain trust, but Lelouch is still a bit too smart to give out his real name regardless. A game of chess is really the only way of having a proper fight between them xD

They're both badass masterminds who have strong desires to fulfil using whatever powers they must use. I honestly can't take either side :L They're both just AMAZING characters
