Hey, ya guys remember when i made Sakura out of clay and it ended up beubg the worst abomination you ever saw? Well i FINNALY got a chance to remake her, and i am very pleased with the results! Unfortunately, she broke before being fured, but the parts of her were then fired and out back together with glue and plaster. That means she could not be glazed, and can only be painted. The paint turned out a bit darker than i wanted, as i was trying ti gi fir her light, near mint green color, but i ended up with this still eye pleasing color.
And yes, her name is now on her headband!
I am sooooo proud of this, but expect a secin one soon, as after she was broken, i made a second, poorer constructed one, but i may give that one away to somebody in my class, as I dont need two of the same thing.
Expect a bit more art to come in a few days, when my exam project is completed right before i graduate!
