Here’s an interesting bunch for you. Some of you may be familiar with a few of these from my previous stuff. Originally all separate lines, it seemed fun to join them together because Grainum looked like a generic seed that could evolve into any plant Pokemon. Mega X and Y are temporary titles.
GRAINUM - Grass
Grainum spend most of their time under soil with their leaves sticking out. They give off a scent that wards off predators.

TOMABI - Grass
Tomabi are timid Pokemon that stay together in large groups. They are often seen rolling around for no apparent reason. Evolves from Grainum at level 10 during the day.
OTAMOT - Grass (/Fairy - Mega X) (/Psychic - Mega Y)
Otamot are usually seen around ponds. They absorb water, which turns into a juice that can cause paralysis, to use as a defense. Two mega evolution options. Evolves from Tomabi at level 30.

SMULB - Grass
Smulb’s body is hollow and is said to harbour a dormant spirit. It’s face never changes and appears to have no emotion. Evolves from Grainum at level 10 during the night
LILLUSION - Grass/Ghost
Lillusion are enlightened entities. They are known to float continuously and dance throughout the night as some kind of ritual. Evolves from Smulb from level 30 with max happiness.
PUTRIGEIST - Ghost/Poison
Putrigeist are entities born from despair. It’s petals and leaves have been taken over by poisons that develop from within the body. Evolves from Smulb from level 30 with zero happiness.

FLURRILLI - Ice/Grass
Flurrilli are abundant in extremely cold areas. They spend winters spreading seeds for new plants to grown in the spring. Evolves from Grainum at level 10 during hail.
FRIGIVINE - Ice/Grass
Frigivine have developed skates to travel across ice. They are able to cut across vast frozen lakes at incredible speeds. Evolves from Flurrilli at level 30.

Trivia: Otamot was actually the first Pokemon I ever made up waaaay back in 1999!
