firstly, try to make your lines a bit more smooth? they look a bit assisted (using the line/curve tool, for example) and i think it would look much better if you took a more natural approach to their form!! make them have less edges/bumps, yknow?
other than that i would work on my realism proportions a bit! try looking from pictures, it does take a hella long time to master it but i believe you can become an amazing artist if you do!!
