Looking back at it I think I shouldn't have put in the weird spirit things getting eradicated by the radiant holy light bit, rather just focus on the cleric and gussying him up more. Like, I think the creatures could've been a good addition to add to the piece after the 30 minute timer, but I know I found myself scrambling a bit when I realized what I wanted to execute wasn't going to be doable within what time I had left. I really should have stuck to the original core concept and idea I was going for...

But yeah, effects to the rescue again; I was pretty confident I could generate the lighting I wanted, just not quite so much all the rendering I was going for. While I think spitpaints are a good way to refine ideas and experiment with new techniques, I have to keep in mind better the scope of some of the things I want to try to execute with relation to how much time it's going to take.
