30min. spitpaint, Photoshop CS6. The thumbnail looks far nicer than the, uh, actual-sized one lol. You can see all the shortcuts I took ;^____^. The top right head is cloned from the lower left one, and just fiddled with more. Glowy eyes were added at the last minute, literally, some quick orange paint, set to Overlay, duplicate and set to Color Dodge, shift red and viola, creepy eyes lol
