Description
30min spitpaint, Photoshop CS6... in hindsight I should've just axed the lumpy back parts I think, pushed more folds instead of spending time rendering those parts out. One of those moments where I committed to a design because of time constraints and later figured out a better solution haha. Β There's a bit more I wanted to do with this but stuck with the 30min. rule, I figure if there's more I wanna do I can do it on my own, the exercise is to see what you can execute within a timeframe, anyway.Related content

Do you know game called the evil within 2? Soon it will be released and i think you should send a cv or portfolio to take a part in designing creatures for that game, i think it fits with your skill
Also really dude this creature really freaks me out, i think i need flamethrower when i encounter this creature lol (i hope i won't meet it even if in my dreams!)

lol flamethrower would do well I think. Β I caught EW2's press shots, I really enjoy the monster designs in it. It'd be fun to work for a game company like that I think but I'm pretty happy doing what I'm doing, mainly working for one company and the rest of my time I take on projects I like and work on personal stuff. I think this is my path

It was a big choice for me originally, because I was on a completely different path (very academic, no art at all). Β Passion without the means of supporting yourself is still valuable, those turn into cherished hobbies. Passion with a means to pay the bills? That's a pretty good career, I think..
