Behold: the most effort I've put into a picture all month. I worked on this all night, starting sometime around 8-ish and ending at 5 AM. The late hour shows in some of the shading/detail, unfortunately. *shrug* Those water effects I added on his hair and body took the longest, but thankfully they turned out ok. >-<
Inspired by Dan Vs. the Wedding. This is how I probably would've felt if I were in Dan's situation; and, if you think about it, this is probably how he did feel on the inside but didn't show it.

I love the way you made this. The style is great, the colors match his depressed state and emotion, and the whole thing is just plain awesome. Why do you think Dan hates Elise so much?
