Ref was done a while ago but I've been laying posting it off forever because lazy xD well, here you have it anyways...

Merivesi is a shapeshifting master of age over 230 years old. He is a chirm stuck mid transformation as his "base-form" due to an unlucky event involving the cult Children of Solaris. He was turned into a rat for easier transport and locked in that form until released by the great healer the Illusionista. After that, he went into a state of depression and PTSD that lasted for over two decades and it didn't help that he was stuck in the form he is. After spending time with the Illusionista however, his spirit had returned and he went back to intensive studies in the artform of bodily ví and water oriented ací, givng him the ability to manipulate water. He has become a shapeshifting master who can also control large volumes of water and even the water that exists inside the body, thus being a great healer.
His dragon form is clunky, inefficient and slow in the air and can only fly for shorter distances, but on land and in water, he's hellishly fast. He can release a powerful neurotoxin from modified saliva glands and like that, his spit is perpetually toxic, and he can produce electric shocks simlar to that of an electric eel. With this, he can also sense electromagnetic fields of living organisms just like sharks, catfish and some rays can do. The dragon form's skin is very tough and elastic, reinforced with extreme collagen bonds, making it easy to scratch but hard to penetrate and beat.
He can heal himself almost instantaneously of small to medium injuries and has a great ability to heal others. He knows the body's weaknesses and pressure points like no one else, making him a formidable opponent.
As a person, he's a weird dude who likes to subtly fuck with people. If he doesn't like someone in particular, he'll start speaking to them in nonsense riddles only. He lives pretty isolated in a small hut on a cliff, but he loves to explore and won't hesitate to interact with any people he happens to come across. He may seem reckless at times, but most his moves are very calculated and he usually knows what he's doing, but he likes to lead people to believe that he's a crazy bastard because in his opinion, people's true personalities show when they're confronted with something unexpected.
