READ THIS

If you want you model on your garrysmod
Copy the "Fluttermedic_Gmod" into addons and copy the materials folder from "tf" folder into the "Fluttermedic_Gmod"

If you want you model into tf just copy the tf folder content into your tf2 folder

Why? materials folder have a big size, and why you should download a big size files when you just can copy a folder...

Content:

Extract it
1) puu.sh/1HWsR

Copy the Fluttermedic_Gmod into your addons folder
2) Fluttermedic_Gmod

Go to tf folder and copy the materials folder
3) puu.sh/1HWuc

Paste it into Fluttermedic_Gmod
4) puu.sh/1HWuV

And done, you wont have any issue



I wont release the source files because i just merge those things on a single model, so if you want hex it, you must decompile it and fix it by yourself



I won't create gibs from the fluttershy model

I love the fact that this model finally exists, fluttershy is my fave as is medic, but the facial movements are soooo messed up, also the hands kinda look like... well a little too flattened out. I would love to see the model get fixed because it would be an instant 10/10

well you could try asking around...someone might know how to fix it...and trust me if i knew how to i would help....like i said the model looks good, but it still has a good bit of problem....one of the other ones would be the missing veiw models on non-default weapons...but other than the two the rest it fine

if i knew how i would help....also the wing clipping doesn't bother me at all....it's the face posing and the veiwmodel (fps view)

a very good model if i do say myself however my only problem is with the backpack it should be removed or have a file made to make it and misc packs are turn invisable or into something else so the wing dont clip through it

Looking over the model in GMod. The feet & hands look a bit weird (keeping limited fingerposing was a bit of an odd choice, but it's a minor complaint), and Kidkirby164 has a point about the jaw. You probably know about it and quite annoyed by it yourself, but the head's not exactly complimenting the rig at the moment. Since the last rig you gave it in the video, the head's misaligned with the body, the neck having become partially dis-attached as well as the lower jaw. Simply moving the head to the left or right or upwards (as many of the animations do) causes visible distortion. I know jack-sheet about rigging though, so I'm not sure how exactly fixing it can be done. At the least, it should be put on the list of things to fix in the long-term future.

Looking over the model right now, it seems like Fluttershy's head is pretty close the body in comparison to Kassegrin's models. AKA: The neck's looking rather short, and it seems like the model's rig is pulling the lower jaw with the neck bone to compensate. Perhaps if you made her neck taller, the rig will be more likely to move the head right.

Looks good.

Going through the files, and it seems like you forgot C_model arms for all the medic weapons that aren't the vanilla three. Should be an easy fix, considering that last video shows you have them made.

Also, do you plan on eventually doing HUD icons for the model?
