BUT ANYWAY OH MY LORD. This is so pretty. Like seriously SO so pretty. You have the NEATEST handle on colors. I love how the background is all splotchy and stuff too. It's like a blurry photo or something. It's seriously a REALLY neat effect. They're like trees and the morning sunlight is peeky peeking through the leaves! Aaah it's perfect! Plus it's all warm and delicious and BRIGHT which makes for the most awesome backlighting. Aaaah those yellows and oranges are just THE BEST. Bestttt ahaha omg yes.
AND YOU DID SUCH A GOOD JOB WITH SWITCHIE. I love how her head sort of glows with orange backlit goodness. That's probably my favorite part. I always love drawing that part too ahaha. ALSO I love how the warm colors sort of gradient out onto her blue fur. Like the orange sort of turns into red and then purple and blue and AAAAAGH omg colors, man. COLORS. Plus the way you sort of blurred the edges of her head to pull on the lighting like that. Ahhh it's so perfect.
Plus your cat anatomy is so GOOD! Omg I love the structure you gave her muzzle and her lovely little chin and ALL THOSE WHISKERS. I love how white they are. They seriously just POP out of the whole thing and I love it. I also really like how much structure you gave her eye spots/eyebrows, like, in general. It contours all those oculomotor or whatever muscles and it looks so realistic and lovely! PLUS HER EYES ARE SO PRETTY. They're like amber gems that sparkle in the pretty sunlight and aaaah it's perfect. And you got the ear notch! I love it when people remember the ear notch specifically for some reason <__<.
Man I'm basically just addicted to your art. I'm totally commissioning you sometime this summer. Your colors and just aaahhh your everything are just amazing. You're seriously just so awesome aaahhh I have Cobravenom art yesss. Thank you SO so much for this! I seriously LOVE it! It's my iPhone background and I smile every time I look at it.... which is basically constantly <__<. An yes thank you SO so much!

I love how the eyes stand out with their warm color, but thanks to the white whiskers and sharp outlines they aren't the only thing you focus on. I love it.

I'm pretty much out the door in a moment, but I'll reply when I get home tonight. I'm not sure what happened the first time 'round, though. It may have been my fault, frantically trying to sort through probably 100 notes that I had let accumulate over time.

Do you put a sharpening filter over everything after you draw it? You're pictures always seem so hi-def ;u;.

I do indeed
I use Paint daubs to sharpen my images once I have finished drawing - I save the original as a large size, then shrink the image to about 1300-ish pixels and sharpen it (In Photoshop, go to Filter > Artistic > Paint Daubs, set the brush size to 1, and adjust the sharpness depending on the image. I usually sharpen once with 2 sharpness and then a second time with 3 but fade it to about 30%(By going to Edit > Fade Paint Daubs...)
