Your fractals are often nice, and this one in particular shows both boldness and confidence that you've created something that isn't 'just another fractal', but your legal disclaimer is terribly ambiguous. You're obviously not a lawyer, and the way you've written it is the proof. As you did it, it's unclear whether the clause "for distribution" limits both the words 'downloading" and "modifying" or if you meant it to just apply to "modifying" and are claiming ALL downloading is a violation of your copyright. What probably seems nice and clear to you would be seen by a court as totally unenforceable and ambiguous. You actually had more legal protection before you wrote the "Art Copyright" text than you do with it posted. Please look at the various GPL and Creative Commons type copyright forms and see if there's one that actually protects your work the way you want - you may also note that all of them need a lot more than two sentences to do their jobs.
