awwww Pretty Soldier Salior Moon^^I grew up on this show and mangas! this was the first ever "anime" I ever say and I used to race home after school to watch it^^ (not to mention wrestle the controller away from my bro when he finished watching DBZ)
I was the creepy kid on the playground with the Serena style hair buns and a banana on a stick trying to "heal" those under the spell of the negaverse
I used to ask random kids with black hair on the street if their name was Darien. One time I found one and I made him play sailor moon with me >.< we got his little sister to play rini! she was a fan too so he was used to it...
not to mention I wanted a black cat just so I could name her luna and make her carry around my moon cresent wand^^
I was sailor moon for halloween in 7th grade where everone laughed at me because the show was for little kids... LOOK AT ME PEOPLE!! DO I LOOK MATURE TO YOU???
and to tell the truth I still sit at home on the weekends, cuddled on my bed with my sailor scout Plushies (all of them), my stuffed luna, my music box that plays the theme song and watch the dvds^^ I own the first 3 seasons and all the movies.
whats scary is as I'm typing this "the Power of Love" (the main song from the first movie : Promise of the Rose) is playing o-O
so this was my tribute to the best show of all time....
I worked hard on it and to tell ya the truth I'm still not satisfied with it XD but hey I tried >.<
all I wish is for other Moonies to enjoy it^^

Sailor Moon isn't really a little kids show.The Japanese version was made for teenage girls.But when DiC dubbed the show,they made it for babies.

I know what you mean! I was lucky enough to buy the seasons as they came out in the states before they were expensive. You could always look up a torrent of the episodes, I'm sure they exist somewhere on the internet.

I really like how you handled the destruction of the Silver Millenium, Queen Serenity, Luna and Artemis.
Though, I have to confess: I feel bad for Beryl, being in love with the Prince (Endymion), not being able to tell him or being rejected. I just understand rejection so well, I know how bad it feels.
Still, destroying the universe, or at least the solar system, was not the way to go.

I feel for her as well, she had a sad problem but she did go about it all wrong. Most people just confess and face the rejection or move on, not blow up their home planet and all its inhabitants. But you know, must be different for everyone, right? XD

The thing that I liked was that the Prince didn't just give up on her (as portrayed in the American English version.) He tried to plead with her to see sense. She didn't of course; was she too far gone, I don't know.
According to what I read about some of the stage plays, she and the four Heavenly Kings do come to their senses (I hope that's the truth of it) and they seek to break their bonds from the Dark Kingdom. <~ I hope you don't mind that bit of spoiler there.
I have a dA friend who made a wonderful (in my opinion) Princess and Sailor form for Beryl. It's called Forgiven Moon; she was reborn, the princess of the planet Eris, and she was taken in by Neo-Queen Serenity (who knew she was the reborn Beryl.)

No, no, I know exactly what you are talking about, nice to meet a fellow fan that followed more than just the American show! I've watched all the seasons in both English and Japanese, as well as the stage shows and the Live action show. I also have the complete manga series so nothing is a spoiler to me now XD

I loved this show I have the entire manga and anime, the are rereleasing the manga this year i think just to let you know kind of sucks but its kind of awesome because i am trying to sell my manga and this might make the price go down a bit
