Lmao, the same thing happens to me. I swear, it's the ONLY iPhone theme, EVER, to do that.
And it's the only one I really want too.
All the Jaku icons I have are from the thread on Macthemes (link in description).

Ah I see, so you've used ones created by others in the thread. I know, it really is the only theme that doesn't show up! I've heard that there are workarounds however, along the lines of a PNG fixer. It's good news for the original creator though I guess, as it makes it harder to steal them
