I really love the color choices in this picture. The purples combine so well with Sam in the foreground - it's just beautiful. My favorite part of this picture is the smokey wing effect. I've used an effect almost like that one before, on that picture of Karen's angel form. But I used a render and a slight bit of editing to make that. Your wings seem to be made all by you, and that's awesome. It's a beautiful smokey effect - the colors go so well together.
The only bit of critique I have is that her arms should be bent a little bit more - the way they are now looks a bit unnatural - actually a lot like she has double jointed elbows (which I happen to have myself).
Beautiful job - you're really improving.
