Description
The cabin door creaked loudly as it opened, echoing through the halls. The sound coming from the door caught Felix's attention, whom was pacing the halls rather anxiously awaiting his mother's return. Her long absence has had everyone constantly worried. They were hoping she'd return by now. But from what was emitting from the door, Felix assumed that meant she's finally back. He was so excited to see her again that he couldn't wait a moment longer."Mom! Mom!!" he shouted dashing down the halls, almost nearly bumping into a wall from making a fast turn to get to the room. "Mom! I'm so glad you're back!! You were gone for so long that- huh?"
When he approached the front door, no one was there. No one, except his mother's Coatala...
Felix's eyes frantically searched the room before directing his attention back on Rodimus.
"Rodimus? Why isn't mom with you...?" Felix stayed strong, trying his best to remain calm. His excitement of thinking that it was his mother at the entrance was quickly replaced with concern.
The Coatala gazed up at Felix; there was a hint of disconert in his eyes. And he seemed exhausted, too. He sighed and trudged towards the quad with a piece of paper he carried in his mouth.
Although unsettled by the dark stains that were on it, Felix gently took it from the Coatala's mouth and read it.
'Dr.F -R'
Was all that was written on the paper. The handwriting looked a little sloppy. It seems that it was likely written in a hurried manner.
"Mom... is at Dr.F's?"
Rodimus nodded to confirm.
Felix nearly felt his heart sank at the news. He now knows why his mother hasn't returned home. However, this just adds another question to the deeply concerned quad...
"What... happened to mom...?"
