After Rin has recovered from the events of Escaping the Beast Pt. 1 and Escaping the Beast Pt. 2 she hasn't been sleeping well due to the reoccuring nightmares of encountering the Terribeast. She's been unable to get rid of the feelings she felt when trying to escape out of the situation with Paloma. Jaime has been trying to comfort her since.
(Also just throwing this out there- The 2-Part story had a "Plot Armor" due to the fact that I intended the Beast to be deadly and merciless)
The 'warrior' may be alive, but is likely scarred after what has happened...
