Kurt: ...So right now I'm keeping the tooth as a souvenir. I definitely showed that Cobra who's boss~
Rin: *eye roll* If you say so... But still. It was dangerous to go up against it, Kurt. That Cobra could've injected its venom into you if you were bit.
Kurt: Buuuuuuuuut. I wasn't~ And besides, I'd rather go up against a large snake than that massive creature that chased me and Matt some days ago.
Rin: Wait... What creature?
Kurt: Eh. Who knows? I'm just glad Matt and I were able to make it out in one-
Rin: *stern* Kurt. What creature?
Kurt: Erm... Well, it was really massive in size. I'd say surpassing that of an adult male moose. It had a pretty dark color to it and some hideous carnivorous teeth... And the weirdest thing is, when Matt and I encountered an abandon Wyngro egg that's when that thing showed up out of no where and started coming after us. I ended up losing my pom-pom hat during that chase.
Rin: ...
Kurt: Rin?
Rin: Kurt, listen to me. Do not, and I mean do not ever go back to that area where you encountered that thing. Ever.
Kurt: But Rin-
Rin: *harsher tone* Kurt, I mean it! I'm going to be a mother as soon as this egg hatches. If I were to trust my child to be with you, I don't want you putting it in any danger. Blood will be on your claws if something were to happen to my child if you two were to encounter that thing, but only one of you making it out alive, Kurt.
Kurt: Rin. You know me by now that I wouldn't let something like that happen. Especially since your kid is on the way.
Rin: I know. But I'm not willing to go through the same events that happened that one night with Paloma... *moves her hair to her right side, exposing the scar on her face and neck*
Kurt: Rin, I...
Rin: You and Alvern's little brother were lucky the first time. But I don't think luck will be on your side the very next time if you happen to encounter that Beast again. That thing is the embodiment of a Demon. God... Never have I felt so terrified in all my life when I was dealing with that Beast... Its strength felt unreal when it struck me.
Kurt: Rin. I promise. You can trust me to be around your kid and to make the best of judgement. Remember when you and Jaime doubted me to be around Paloma because of my reputation? Look how that turned out. We ended up becoming best friends in the end! If I was able to successfully gain Paloma's trust and friendship and not get her involved with my mischief-making antics, then you should at least put some faith in me.
Rin: *sighs* Fine. You're right...
Kurt: Thank you *sticks tongue out*
Rin: Just to be on the safe side I do intend on buying something to ensure the safety of my kid whenever I'm not around.
Kurt: What's it going to be?
Rin: That's going to be a surprise, little butt-grabber.
Kurt: Mm :I
Rin: (After my child has hatched, I need to have a word with a certain caretaker of mine about that Beast...)
