Hey there!

Like I said in the lineart's description:
First off: I have NO idea where the pic that helped me with this came from >>;. I found the pose a while back; but I've seen this pose a good amount of times, and one's like it, in adition to real people, so not really sure about anything -__-;... -lol- But yeah...
If anyone thinks they may know a pic that looks like this from a Japanese or Chinese art blog, please let me know. I need to see if it's too close to this one...

But yesh, this is her loverly character Rei. Revised a bit, actually xD. Rei got a little make-over the other day, so I'm coming up to date, so to speak.

I know her arm's proportion looks a little weird, my mom even laughed at it for a while XD, but that's the best I could figure out for it while I've been sick. -lol- (Yeah, I've been down with something, but it's going away...).
Her leg in the foreground looks a bit short to meh, too, but it may just be them huge boot's ='D! Used fer kickin evil-zombeh butt!! XD Not 'Nekko's, though, she's a good zombie -lol-.
And her tail may look like a bit strange, where it starts out of her skirt; this is because I had forgotten about it until after everything else was drawn, first, and I added it in after the fact X'D. But it still looks purttyfuls <3.

I'm really glad with how well the colors scanned =3. Not everything is exactly how the rl version is, like her wings should be a less blue-ish purple, more of a burgandy mixed with violet purple, but eh *shrugs*.

Rei's colors are naturally vivid, so -at least for me- it actually takes a pretty good/steady train of thought to find the right colors to match her personality and characteristics... ='D I rarely got that steady of a mind, but it still worked out -lol-.
Her eyes are also like..a piercing, candy-apple red, but sticky-chan suggested to try leaving them white with just the start of the red; they looks awesome like dat 83 <3.

Other than that, the scanner kept most of the colors close enough to their real shades, yay =w= <3.

Rei's new style reminds both komorinekko and I of like..Marvel heroines, or something XD <3. YAY!

Oh, and I think if Rei can wield a sword or not, she looks dang awesome with one .
*get's "Red Tape" by Agent Provocateur in her head, now XD* <-- song used on the Underworld movie commercials...
