colors and effects are very smart,they`re really eyes-catching.
but about concept:i have no idea what you mean of this title.
about the painting itself,i think the bird is perfect but the girl could be even better.you present the bird by just some effects but you work on the girl(specially her face)harder,both are nice but i wish you present the girl simple like the bird.(her eyes,nose and lips are more vivid than the other parts of your artwork.they are a little exaggerated)
about the red brush effects on her arms,i think they are cubic and you could paint them more simple(like an explosion effect).
her hair,the bird,her mask and background is perfect!
p.s:sorry, my English is not very good,i wish i could explain my feeling about your work.

The title "Masters of the Universe" refers to the comic book series that the girl is from. The girl is actually the Sorceress from the series. (Incidentally, I'm not too familiar with the series myself. What I've seen of it is actually from the She-Ra tv series from the '80s) [link]
