I just finished this and it's an inside joke between me and my friends marcos and Richie who happen to be Mexicans.So no one take offense, and if you do learn to take a damn joke.
You can even make jokes about native americans and cherokee's to me if you like; doesn't bother me just don't complain and call me a racist when I racist my own genetic ancestry.

It's supposed to be a joke about the government making a green van to pick mexicans up and *deport* them back to mexico.
That's why there's subcaptions at the bottom talking about someone getting in the van cause they're gonna take them back to mexico.
