The position of the model looks great and the outfit or costume works because it is as puffed and white as a cloud is on a sunny day. The parasol is nice too, however, I think a white or light blue one would've made a better choice. If that is all you had, I'm sure you could've edited it - you seem to have the skill. The rainbow doesn't seem to fit too well. It's too broad and sharp and makes the piece unbalanced and instead of concentrating on the whole piece, I think the rainbow jumps out so much that most will look at the rainbow rather than the whole works.
I think the work is great, just seems that the rainbow isn't in the best form or in the right place.

I think I get what you mean with the rainbow, I might have made it too thick and its wonky (cos I'm careless and don't take enough time on these things =/).
