This is my old pic too.( but newer than " City Hall" pic)

I draw this pic because I impressed the school girl's uniform in Vietnam and colonial style too.

So I tried to make it look like the street near university in colonial city.

That's mean why people in this pic are young, wear the same uniform ( that I design myself)and look like asian and walk in Europe's style street.

(I think that Vietnamese girls are very cute. I hope you think it so. )
I will draw Vietnamese girl in national costume in the next time.
