Hmm, physical threats and punishments don't seem to be working out so well as they should are they... In this case, you'll need to put the fear of Goddess into him, but how to go about it? To scare him psychologically enough to listen to you for even a short while would be an improvement over his current state tho wouldn't it?

Lets see, you might not like this approach cause it could take a little while. But the next time he acts up like that, tape him inside your shoe and then don't speak to him. Actually not speaking to him is the most important part of this exercise, because people are by nature sociable creatures, as they crave it, and need it for reassurance and security reasons. Not everyone, but very nearly.
So really you could just leave him anywhere where he would be all alone to himself without any chance of escape. But I said to put him in your shoe, because it is even more damaging to his ego.
He's in contact with you, near constantly, but cannot communicate with you in any way as you refuse him any other means of communion aside from what the firm sole of your foot offers him.
By taping him in there, he won't be able to escape when you're not wearing them. To further this, he'll eventually have to eat, so if you just make sure to walk on some cookie crumbs or something to make him gain his nutrition from your foot as well, then this will eventually lead to quite a strong psychological assault on him. Imagine not speaking to him for a month this way, how changed he'll be when you finally allow him emotional contact with you again and you're not just treating him like your insole.
You know, if you wanted to make him fear for survival, you could just shrink him to near microscopic and make him actually have to survive in the wilderness of your shoe, while you can literally forget that he is in there fighting for his life against your foot.
Such a ridiculous struggle, yet the most desperate situation of his life and you don't even have to care about it. He'd be forced to eat the crumbs your feet brought him, and survive off any moisture he could find. This should have quite a huge impact on him about yours and his roles in life don't you think?
But perhaps it is too involved a treatment. Maybe you're looking for a quicker fix than waiting the month to see how much he's changed. Well in this case, perhaps you are better off just aiming your heel into his nuts instead of his face next time so that he's seeing colorful stars as his eyes bulge out of his head. It might be more persuasive this way.

WOW.....well you sure did your homework I think it would work but if I can't talk to him and mock him it's no fun.... seeing his face smushedand tricking him is more fun than ignoring him, also, I'm not patient at all... so it wouldn't work for me, even though taping him is a really good idea so I might use it... But a month is too much for me.

Right, fun is a must. Okay, now how about this. Psychological torment that has to have immediate results, and we've already decided that taping was a good idea. With him taped up tight so he can't move even a pip, place a cocktail straw into his mouth. One of those really thin sip straws used to stir drinks with. It should be perfect for his size, and be just big enough that it will fit in his mouth, but he can't spit it out.
That is now his breathing tube for his much desired oxygen, oxygen that you now control. Now, putting him at your feet as you sit in a chair over him, rest your foot on his little taped body so that your toes rest directly below his chin and then cross your long legs. Now all of the weight of your legs are resting on him with enough pressure to let him know you mean business. This will make him have to work a bit more just to breath, and all you're doing is using him as your foot rest.
From his angle, all he can see is your legs rising into the air for miles, and your smiling face gazing down at him with glee. With your legs crossed, you can make him stare at the bottom of your stockinged foot easily to remind him of where he belongs, firmly beneath your foot where you can control him.
Your toes should be within easy reach of the tip of his straw, where you can place your toe on it and cut off his air supply with no effort at all. So go ahead and smother him using your pretty feet so that he has to watch your foot as it rests on his straw, pushing it back a bit painfully into his mouth and robbing him of air. Now watch him with the most amused satisfaction as his face changes colors and his eyes tear up. He can't really beg you with a straw in his mouth, but his eyes will definitely be pleading with you as he grows desperate to breath. Don't let him breath though, in fact, press down a little bit with your other foot verrryyy slowly so that you can squash out the valuable oxygen he's holding in his lungs, to help speed up the time until he passes out.
Once he does pass out, pinch the end of the straw in the crevices of your stockinged toes so that as his body gasps and gulps in air frantically, he'll be breathing air that has been warmed and filtered directly from your stockings. literally the feet that you have tormenting him, are also what is saving and giving him life. All the while you could be smiling at him as he has to watch the movements of your foot as you smother him again and again, always to the point of him passing out.
It is like you are programming his mind to understand that it is your feet that gives him life, and eventually he'll know that he needs to please you, the girl who allows him to breath.
So is that a little better than giving him the silent treatment? At least this way you can talk to and degrade him all you want, laughing at his predicament. Or you could even tease him seductively as you use your feet to torment him so much. The choices are yours to make.

I like it but it seems a bit dangerous, I also think it would be funny to blow on the straw to make him inflate like a baloon and then us him to rest my feet. :3

True, this is dangerous, but you'll be watching him really, really closely won't you? And your stockinged foot will be resting right firmly against his body, so you'll be able to tell directly if there are any changes in his heart beat or not. Of course his heart will be beating really fast, but you'll be able to not let it get out of control or anything. Besides, I think even if his heart did stop beating, a firm step from you on his little body should awaken it again right away.
He really is completely at your mercy and power isn't he. His very existence is centered on the hinge of you being either a loving and caring, or dominant and cruel giantess to him. Even switching back and forth within the grey areas greatly impacts his very way of life.
Haha, if you felt him all inflated and squishy against your feet, could you restrain yourself from applying pressure to him until you popped him with your soles?
